STATE UNDERSTANDING IN TURKISH LAW AND POLITICAL CULTURE

ABSTRACT

In this study, which I prepared as a graduation paper, the understanding of the state in
Turkish law and political culture was examined. The sources and principles of the
Turkish state, the doctrinal structure of the Turkish state and the principles that dominate
the Turkish political life are emphasized, and the elements that shape the understanding
of the Turkish state are examined.

In this study, the understanding of the state in Turkish political culture; It has shown that
it is relevant and compatible with economic, social and cultural activities. It has been
seen that concepts such as homeland and nation, independence, sovereignty, unity,
justice, rule of law, equality have gained meaning and functionality within the political
structure called the state.
